Choosing The Right College

When choosing a college, make sure to look at size, location, and the types of

opportunities they offer, and then decide which college fits better with the student’s goals, personality, academic preparation, and financial ability.

What college that is right for the student is not about the rankings of colleges. It is about matching the student with a college that can enable the student to bloom while study there, and to graduate with an education that is a foundation for a fulfilling life in the years ahead.

I do believe that success in life has more to do with the experiences and opportunities obtained while in college, and less to do with the choice of brand-name college. Companies and graduate schools are looking for outstanding skills and experiences students have, not college pedigree.
